Privacy and your data
To see, correct or delete personal data, write to support@stafrix.com. Employees can also follow Delete your account. How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.
Complaints
Our Grievance Officer, Manan Vyas, handles complaints about the service or its content at mananvyas@stafrix.com. We acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
Billing and refunds
Questions about a payment, an invoice or a refund go to support@stafrix.com. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains when a payment is refunded.

A team bigger than our largest plan? Write to us and we’ll set up a plan that fits.
A security concern
If you think you’ve found a security problem in Stafrix, email support@stafrix.com with the details, and please don’t share it publicly until we’ve fixed it. How we protect data is on the Security page.
