Grace time and late marks are applied for you, you can see who is in before the first bell, and Stafrix flags anyone who has been late again and again in the last 30 days.
Checking in for a colleague
Check-in only works on each teacher’s own phone inside the school’s radius, optionally with the phone’s fingerprint or face, and one phone checking in several people is flagged.
Salaries with leave and half days
Leave, Saturday half days and unpaid days go straight into each salary, with PF, ESI and professional tax on the payslip, and every teacher opens their payslip in the app.
Staff without a smartphone
An administrator records their attendance from the dashboard, and every change is kept in the activity log. Office, transport and support staff get their own timings.
