It drafts them for you. Ask for a holiday, a leave, a task or an announcement and Stafrix prepares it from your records. Nothing changes until you tap Approve, and an approved draft can be undone for 30 minutes.

Yes. Stafrix explains a payslip in plain words in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam. Every explanation is checked against the payslip: if it contains a number that isn’t there, it is thrown away and the plain explanation is shown instead.

Answers come from your own records, and pay is always worked out by fixed rules, never by AI. AI is off until an owner turns it on, it gets only what each request needs, and questions and answers are not stored.
