Overtime
Counted from real check-out times, approved by a supervisor, and paid at the rate approved for each day.

Worked out on every payslip, with a warning when ESI starts or stops applying, or when a UAN or ESI number is missing.
Workers without a smartphone
Most labour has no smartphone. A supervisor keeps the Daily register in the app instead, marking the whole crew in one go, and every change is kept in the activity log.

Can we keep using our biometric machine?

Stafrix works with phone check-in today: workers check in on their own phones inside the factory radius, optionally with the phone’s fingerprint or face. Workers without a phone can be marked by a supervisor from the dashboard or the app.

Can Stafrix pay daily-wage workers?

Yes. Set a daily wage for each person and Stafrix pays the days they worked, next to your salaried staff in the same payroll. Weekly offs and holidays are paid only when they work.

Does Stafrix work out PF and ESI for factory workers?

Yes, on the Business and Intelligence plans. It works them out on every payslip and warns you when ESI starts or stops applying to someone, or when a UAN or ESI number is missing.
