Your workspace and all its data are kept. It becomes read-only, and employees can’t check in from their phones, until you choose a plan. We email you two days and one day before it ends.
Will you charge my card automatically?
Only if you ask us to. When you pay online you can turn on automatic renewal, which charges the same plan every month or year until you turn it off. Otherwise you pay for each month or year yourself, online with UPI, card or net banking, or by bank transfer.
Who will I be paying?
AURENTIAL TECH SOLUTIONS, the company that makes Stafrix. That's the name you'll see on the payment page and your statement. Never pay anyone else for Stafrix.
Is there a yearly price?
Yes. Pay for a year up front and 2 months are free: you pay for 10 months and get 12. The year starts the day you pay, or when your current paid period ends if you renew the plan you're on. We remind you before it ends.
What counts towards the employee limit?
Active employees. People you’ve marked as having left don’t count, and their records stay for your payroll history.
What if we outgrow our plan?
Adding someone past your plan’s limit is paused with a clear message, and you can move up a plan at any time. Past the largest plan, we’ll agree a price for your size.
Can we move to a smaller plan?
Yes, once your team fits it. Anything you’ve already set up, like PF settings, keeps working so your payslips never change after the fact.
What about AI?
Business and Intelligence include a monthly allowance of AI actions: questions about attendance and pay, payslip explanations in other languages, and drafting help. One action is one request. Payroll itself is always worked out by fixed rules, never by AI.
Does our data go to an AI company?
Only if you turn AI on, and only what each request needs. Payroll checks and Intelligence insights are worked out by Stafrix itself and never leave it. AI is off until an owner or admin switches it on, and it can be switched off any time.
Is there a setup fee, or hardware to buy?
Neither. Your team checks in from their own phones, and setup takes an afternoon.
