What is Stafrix?

Stafrix is attendance and payroll software for Indian businesses. Employees check in from their own phones at the workplace, Stafrix works out pay with PF, ESI and professional tax every day, and it flags proxy check-ins, absence patterns and payslip mistakes before payday. Owners can also ask it questions in plain words.

How does Stafrix stop proxy attendance?

Check-in only works on each employee’s own phone, inside the radius around your workplace, on server time, with an optional selfie or fingerprint. Stafrix also flags what proxies leave behind: one phone checking in several people, impossible distances and locations identical to the centimetre.

Do we need a biometric machine?

No. Your team checks in from their own phones, so there is no hardware to buy or install. Staff without a smartphone can be marked by a supervisor in the Daily register, with every change logged.

Does Stafrix calculate PF, ESI and professional tax?

Yes, on the Business and Intelligence plans. Stafrix works them out on every payslip along with overtime, advances and loans, and warns you when a UAN or ESI number is missing.

Can employees see their payslip in Hindi?

Yes. On Business and Intelligence, Stafrix explains any payslip in plain words in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam or English, checked so it never adds a number that isn’t on the payslip.

Is Stafrix available in Hindi and other languages?

Yes. Owners and employees can use the dashboard and the employee app in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam or English, on every plan. Printed payslips stay in English.

How much does Stafrix cost?

Stafrix is a flat price per workspace, not per employee: Starter ₹299 a month for up to 10 active employees, Business ₹639 a month (Diwali offer, 20% off until 10 November 2026; usually ₹799) for up to 50 active employees and Intelligence ₹799 a month (Diwali offer, 20% off until 10 November 2026; usually ₹999) for up to 100 active employees.
