Welcome to Stafrix
Stafrix keeps your team’s attendance, leave and payroll in one place. People check in from their phone at the workplace, and every check-in flows straight into their payslip.
What Stafrix does for you
Employees swipe to check in on their phone, only when they are at your workplace. Selfie and fingerprint or face checks stop people checking in for each other.
Employees ask for leave from the app, managers decide in a tap, and company holidays are paid automatically.
Salaries, overtime, leave, holidays, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, advances and fines become one payslip per person. Payslips, the payroll page and the Excel export always show the same numbers.
Checks before you pay, late-arrival trends, leave clashes and ready-made letters. On plans with AI, you can also ask questions in plain words.

Everything you change in one place shows up everywhere else straight away. Choosing and paying for a plan is done on the website.
Your language
The dashboard and the employee app work in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Each person chooses the first time they sign in, and can change it later: dashboard users under SettingsAppearance, employees on their profile. Printed payslips stay in English.
Contractors and schools
- Contractors and factories: workers without smartphones are kept in the Daily register by a supervisor, and can be paid a daily wage alongside your salaried staff in the same workspace.
- Schools and coaching institutes: a school workspace adds School to the menu, with classes, the timetable and cover for absent teachers. Teachers see their periods and cover in the Stafrix app or the employee portal. Stafrix covers teachers and staff only; keep your current software for fees, admissions and exams.
Who can do what
Every person who signs in to the dashboard has a role. Employees never see the dashboard: they use the employee app.
