Plans

Every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial. Choose a plan any time from SettingsPlan & billing.

Diwali offer: 20% off Business and Intelligence until 10 November 2026. Prices are per workspace, in Indian rupees. “Dashboard users” don’t include employees using the app. A year paid up front costs the same as 10 months. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.

Paying

Owners and admins choose a plan, and monthly or yearly, on SettingsPlan & billing. Payments go to AURENTIAL TECH SOLUTIONS, the business behind Stafrix.

• Pay online, where your Plan & billing page offers it: the plan is active as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a receipt is emailed. You can also turn on Renew automatically; turning it off later keeps the time you already paid for.
• Request the plan and pay by bank transfer: the Stafrix team is told at once and activates the plan when your payment arrives. The page shows your request as pending until then, and you can withdraw it.
• The Stafrix app shows your plan and usage; choosing and paying for a plan is done on the website.

Limits and changing plan

• When you reach your plan’s employee or dashboard-user limit, Stafrix asks you to move up a plan before adding more. Reminders appear when 80% of the employee limit is used.
• Moving to a smaller plan is possible once your team fits its limits. Features you already set up keep working, so payslips never change after the fact.
• While a paid plan is active there is nothing to buy on Plan & billing. Renewing opens 7 days before it ends and extends it from its end date; any other plan can be bought once it has ended. To move to a bigger plan sooner, write to support.

If a plan ends

When a trial ends or a paid plan is cancelled, the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and see everything, but changes and phone check-ins are paused until a plan is active again. No data is deleted.
